RFI 2024 Sponsorship Options

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2024 Radio Frequency Interference Workshop (RFI 2024), which will be held in Bariloche, Argentina, on October 14-18, 2024, at INVAP.

This meeting will bring together experts from radio astronomy, Earth microwave remote sensing and meteorology to discuss responses to the shared challenges associated with the increased risk of interference driven by ever-growing demand for spectrum access.

Attendees will range from leading researchers to early career professionals in the fields of radio astronomy, microwave remote sensing and meteorology, with interests in how we can work together with the wider spectrum management community to enable these research fields to continue delivering benefits to the public.

It will be the seventh in a series of workshops, the first of which took place in Bonn, Germany in 2001. The location has been chosen to enable equitable access for researchers in South America: a region which hosts fewer international conferences than Europe or North America.

This document provides an overview of the sponsorship levels available for this event.

Sponsorship Tiers

• Bronze: any support below EUR 3,000
  Logo on website & in Conference Programme.
• Silver: EUR 3,000
  All Bronze benefits to sponsor, plus:
  Description of sponsor in conference programme (< 100 words)
  Branding/name associated with networking sessions, alongside other sponsors at this level.
• Gold: EUR 5,000
  All Sliver benefits to sponsor, plus:
  Description of sponsor in conference programme (< 500 words)
  Branding/name associated with choice of networking, lunch, dinner or poster session, alongside other sponsors at this level.
• Platinum: EUR 10,000
  All Gold benefits to sponsor, plus:
  Exhibitor booth (2m x 50cm tables + 50 inches screen + banners/posters spaces) at conference venue to engage with attendees.
  Branding/name associated with offsite excursion offered to attendees.
