The RFI 2024 conference organizing committee is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, or nationality. We expect all participants to uphold the principles of professionalism, integrity, and mutual respect throughout the conference sessions and any related social events.
If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to a member of the conference organizing committee identified with their red lanyards. All reports will be handled confidentially and promptly. The organizing committee reserves the right to take appropriate action, including warning the offender, expulsion from the conference without a refund, or contacting local authorities.
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in actions such as:
Photography and recording are strictly prohibited within INVAP premises, except in designated areas clearly marked by visible signs or written authorization.
When authorized by INVAP policy, or outside INVAP, please respect the privacy of other attendees and seek permission before photographing or recording them. Recording of presentations is only allowed with prior consent from the speaker.
The health and safety of all attendees are our priority. Please adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the conference venue, including COVID-19 protocols if applicable. We encourage all attendees to be mindful of their well-being and the well-being of others.
